6 years agoArizona Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson, who has demanded a trade before the Oct. 30 deadline, would prefer to go to the Saints. Peterson played his college ball at Louisiana State University. The Eagles and Patriots are also showing interest in Peterson, and the All-Pro will likely have more suitors for his services. The Cardinals insist that they will not trade Peterson, but they are in a rebuilding phase and could get a decent return for a player under contract through 2020. The Saints secondary could really use a playmaker like Peterson, as they allow the fifth highest completion percentage (69.0), the third most yards per attempt (8.7) and the fifth most passing yards per game (294).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
