6 years agoHouston Texans running back Tyler Ervin, who has primarily been a return specialist for the team, is expected to see more looks out of the slot with rookie wide receiver Keke Coutee (hamstring) expected to sit out on Thursday night against the Dolphins. "He's a very smart player, so we'll see how that goes for us moving forward. We've got a lot of different things we can do in the slot, but he's definitely one guy that we can use there," head coach Bill O'Brien said. Ervin had a 19-yard catch in Week 7 and also fumbled. He has two catches for 31 yards on the year. Even if he sees time in the slot on Thursday, fantasy owners should continue ignoring him.
