6 years agoThe New England Patriots defense has certainly given up its fair share of points recently but have an excellent matchup against the Bills in Week 8. The Bills have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing defenses and journeyman Derek Anderson is in line to be under center. The Patriots got two special teams touchdowns against the Bears in Week 7 and have scored more than 10 fantasy points in two of their last three games. The Patriots defense could certainly post a high fantasy score based on turnovers and points allowed, making them the sleeper defense of the week in fantasy.--Joey C - RotoBaller
