6 years agoNew York Islanders forward Brock Nelson made it two goals in two games on Wednesday, opening the scoring in an eventual 3-2 overtime loss to Florida. It was his only shot on goal. Nelson, who had three consecutive 20-goal seasons before finishing with 19 in 2017-18, has been really shy with the puck this season, recording only 17 shots on goal with nearly half of them (7) coming last Saturday against San Jose. He's playing on the same line with Josh Bailey, who had 53 assists last season, so the scoring chances should be there for Nelson and he simply has to be more confident in the offensive zone.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
