6 years agoColumbus Blue Jackets defenseman Ryan Murray picked up two assists, one on the power play, during a 7-4 win over the St. Louis Blues on Thursday night. Murray is not much of a point producer, but he has delivered five assists in nine games this season. The second-overall pick from the 2012 NHL Entry Draft has had a mediocre NHL career to date. His career-high in points is the 25 he reached in 82 games during the 2015-16 season. Murray has had a fortunate start, but the production will slow down in the coming weeks.
