6 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara has been the engine that makes the Saints offense run this season, racking up 801 yards from scrimmage with 47 receptions and nine total touchdowns. He is averaging 4.4 yards per carry this season and has six touchdowns over his last four games. Kamara will go up against a Rams defense that is allowing the 10th fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs and have not allowed a receiving touchdown to the position yet this season. Only one runner, the Seahawks Chris Carson, has amassed more than 100 total yards against them this season so Kamara may need to find the end zone to deliver the kind of performance that fantasy owners have come to expect. Regardless, Kamara is too elite to keep on the fantasy sidelines in Week 9 and needs to be started in all formats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
