Tremaine Edmunds Misses Practice With Concussion
6 years agoBuffalo Bills sensational rookie linebacker Tremaine Edmunds missed Wednesday's practice, as he is in the league's concussion protocol. Edmunds left Monday night's game prior to halftime, shortly after hitting helmets with Patriots fullback James Develin. Before leaving the game, the 20-year-old middle linebacker recorded eight tackles (six solo), marking the fourth contest that he has reached that many combined tackles. He has registered six or more tackles in each game this season. Veteran Julian Stanford will likely replace the former Virginia Tech star in the starting lineup if he is unable to go. If Edmunds does play against the Bears in Week 9, he is certainly an IDP target for fantasy players, as he is a three-down player who is averaging 13.5 points a game.
