6 years agoOakland Raiders running back Doug Martin will be the main option in the rushing game this Thursday versus the 49ers. Martin carried the ball 13 times last week which was 11 more than the next Raiders player. With Lynch put on IR, Martin's role will be set as the lead back, who has limited usage in the passing game. Martin averaged over five yards per carry last week, which he should be able to replicate this week against the 49ers who have the 20th DVOA (Defense-adjusted Value Over Average) against the rush this season.--Tom Vecchio - RotoBaller
