6 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco will look to bounce back from a disastrous Week 8 performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. Flacco is coming off his worst game of the season against the Saints, completing 56.4 percent of his passes for a season-low 192 yards and two interceptions. To make matters worse, he averaged under five yards per attempt and 3.1 adjusted yards per attempt -- both season lows as well. The performance was a perfect ending to a terrible month for the 33-year-old gunslinger. In four October games, the former Delaware star completed just 57.6 percent of his passes (99-for-171) for 201.7 yards a game along with four touchdowns and four interceptions. There is good news: Flacco has a strong history versus the Steelers. The 11th-year pro, who has three 300-yard games in 20 career games against the Steelers, finished with 363 yards and two touchdowns in the team's earlier meeting this season. As a result of his past success versus Pittsburgh and the fact that the Steelers secondary is vulnerable, Flacco is a mid-to-low-end QB2 this upcoming week. It does help that the game is in Baltimore, where Flacco has been much better this year.--Daniel Benjamin
