6 years agoBuccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans may be the top scorer at his position this Sunday against Carolina. The Panthers are fairly weak against the pass and do not have anyone talented enough to stop Evans. It's possible that he's double-teamed but that would be foolish given the dearth of pass-catching talent in Tampa. The Bucs will be throwing plenty with Fitzpatrick at the helm and it will benefit Evans who has had an incredible connection with him this year. Evans was putting up a mediocre game last weekend until Fitzpatrick came in and tossed him a 72-yard bomb downfield. He is a safe start every week.
