6 years agoDetroit Red Wings left wing Gustav Nyquist picked up two even-strength assists during Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Edmonton Oilers. Nyquist has recorded an assist in four consecutive games. The 29-year-old winger had a disappointing campaign last season with only 40 points in 82 games. Nyquist has 12 points in 14 games this season playing all over the Red Wings lineup. Nyquist is a skilled playmaker with a quick shot and decent speed.
