6 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Kenyan Drake was not very involved in Miami's 13-6 win over the Jets in Week 9. Drake rushed three times for nine yards and caught four passes for 26 yards. Frank Gore out-carried Drake 20-3 and out-touched him 21-7. Miami needed to play it safe and grind clock, which is why Drake deferred carries to the veteran Gore. The silver lining for Drake is that Gore was ineffective, totaling just 53 yards on 20 carries. The game script may favor Drake's skill set more in Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers, a much more formidable offense than the Jets.--Elliott Baas - RotoBaller
