6 years agoWashington Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby will face the Winnipeg Jets on Wednesday night. The Caps' netminder has struggled recently posting a 1-4-1 record over his past six games. Holtby has a 5-5-2 record on the season to go along with a 3.23 goals-against average and .900 save percentage. He is facing a Jets team that averages 3.19 goals per game, the 13th-highest mark in the league. With that in mind, dating back to 2013, Holtby has a 10-2-2 record against the Jets and a 5-1-2 record in Winnipeg. Holtby has struggled recently, but history suggests he performs well in Manitoba.
