Barkley has scored 10-plus fantasy points in each of the first nine games of his career this season and now will face a Tampa defense that has allowed nine or more fantasy points to 10 different running backs. Tampa has allowed 14 total touchdowns to opposing running backs through nine games, making this a prime matchup for the electric rookie.
