6 years agoEdmonton Oilers center Connor McDavid scored his 11th goal of the season in Saturday's Battle of Alberta against the Flames, but his efforts weren't enough for the team to get the win. McDavid made it 2-0 on a power-play in the second period after Alex Chiasson had scored one short-handed early on, but the Oilers ended up losing 4-2. McDavid finished October with goals in five consecutive games, but he's been slumping in front of the net this month as this was only his second marker.
