Lamar Jackson Throws For Just 125 Yards
6 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson completed 12 of 21 passes for 125 yards in Sunday's 26-16 victory over the Falcons. The rookie added 75 rushing yards and a touchdown on 17 carries. It marked his lowest passing yards, fewest completions and fewest yards per pass attempt in his three starts. But he was able to save the day, and possibly his starting job, by getting to the 200 total yard mark as well as running for a touchdown for a second consecutive game. The 20-year-old did fumble three times, however, losing one of them, meaning that he has fumbled five times during the last three games. Jackson is averaging 151 passing yards and 83.3 rushing yards while also accounting for three touchdowns as well as four turnovers. If he remains the starter, as Joe Flacco (hip) may be available for Week 14, Jackson would be a QB2 versus a Chiefs defense that is surrendering five yards a carry.
