Ravens Defense Limits Falcons To 131 Total Yards
6 years agoThe Baltimore Ravens defense limited the Atlanta Falcons to 16 points, 131 total yards and scored a touchdown in their Week 13 win. It is the second straight week that the Ravens have held their opponents to fewer than 20 points and seventh time this year. The 131 yards were a season-low for the Falcons, and it was the second-lowest total posted by the Ravens' defense this year as they held Matt Ryan to just 97 passing yards. Tavon Young's 12-yard fumble return was the Ravens' defense second score of the season. Cornerback Jimmy Smith led the way for the defense, which posted three sacks, with six tackles. The Ravens are among the best defenses in the league and are a must-start most weeks.
