6 years agoBuffalo Sabres right wing Jason Pominville (undisclosed) won't play on Monday against Nashville after taking a hit from behind in Friday's 3-2 overtime loss to Florida. Pominville had a nice run on the team's top line earlier in the season, but he's now gone pointless in five consecutive games, so the team likely won't miss him much offensively. Remi Elie is expected to be Pominville's replacement on the third line, although there's also a chance Conor Sheary (upper body) will make his return after missing three games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
