BALLER MOVE: Add in 14-Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 27% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Seattle Seahawks wide receiver David Moore was not targeted in Seattle's game against the 49ers on Sunday, yet is still a good waiver addition. Moore tallied 103 receiving yards against the Panthers in Week 12, grabbing his 5th touchdown catch of the season. While he has only been targeted 37 times this season, he has caught 22 of those passes.
Catching five touchdowns on 22 receptions shows that Moore is Russell Wilson's safety blanket in the redzone, while his 18.8 yards per catch average shows that he is a deep threat. In fact, Moore has a 30 yard reception in five games this season and had a three-game touchdown streak earlier this season as well. While he has to fight with Doug Baldwin and Tyler Lockett for targets, Moore has found a role in Seattle's offense as their deep threat.
A matchup against the Vikings this weekend is less than ideal for Moore and the Seahawks, but better matchups are on the horizon. The 49ers and Chiefs are each in the lower half of the league against WR and there is a good chance that the Hawks will need to throw from behind against KC in Week 16. With his ability to grab touchdowns, Moore might be a championship winner as a FLEX play.
