BALLER MOVE: Add in 12-Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 30% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Miami Dolphins running back Frank Gore had his worst game of the 2018 season, but still has been getting a good amount of work in the Dolphins offense. While Kenyan Drake outsnapped Gore 30-20 on Sunday, Gore's performance on Sunday (where he tallied 31 total yards) is not terrible. The fact that he has not reached the endzone is not great, but he does have 716 total yards this season.
Drake was dealing with a shoulder injury leading into Week 13, but, with him outsnapping Gore, it looks like there will continue to be a running back by committee in Miami. With Ryan Tannehill back for the Dolphins, it also appears that the team will be throwing the ball more and Drake is the better receiving option of the two backs. That being said, Gore did have 179 total yards in Week 11 and 12, providing decent FLEX value.
A lot of value for Gore comes from Drake's health, as matchups against the Patriots, Vikings, and Jaguars are less than ideal. It may come down to Drake missing time for Gore to even be a FLEX option, but he is still worthy of an addition in deeper leagues.
