6 years agoCarolina Hurricanes center Lucas Wallmark was the only player on the roster to find a way past Martin Jones on Wednesday, netting the team's only goal in a 5-1 road loss. Dougie Hamilton and Jaccob Slavin recorded the assists when Wallmark scored on a power play near the end of the second frame. Wallmark had a decent November in a bottom-six role, picking up nine points. He has one point and five shots in two games this month. Sitting on 11 points for the year, Wallmark hasn't impressed much, but he's recorded 62 shots on goal and his shooting percentage (3.2) is bound to improve as the season progresses.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
