6 years agoNashville Predators goaltender Pekka Rinne is the projected starter for Thursday's game against the Vancouver Canucks. Rinne was lights out in his last appearance against the Buffalo Sabres on Monday, allowing one goal on 22 shots in a 2-1 win. Rinne has been fantastic to start the season. He has a 12-4-1 record to go along with a 1.81 goals-against average and .935 save percentage. Rinne has an enviable matchup against a Canucks team that has gone 1-10-2 over their past 13 games.
