ANALYSIS: Seattle Seahawks wide receiver David Moore has gone without a catch in back-to-back games, but is still a good play for Week 15. Moore was not targeted in either of the last two games as well, odd considering that he had a 103-yard game against the Panthers in Week 12. For the season, Moore has caught 22 of his 43 targets for 413 yards and five touchdowns.
Catching five touchdowns on 22 receptions shows that Moore is Russell Wilson's safety blanket in the redzone, while his 18.8 yards per catch average shows that he is a deep threat. In fact, Moore has a 30 yard reception in five games this season and had a three-game touchdown streak earlier this season as well. While he has to fight with Doug Baldwin and Tyler Lockett for targets, Moore has found a role in Seattle's offense as their deep threat.
A matchup against the 49ers this week is huge for Moore, especially considering that San Francisco gave up four touchdowns to Seattle WR two weeks ago. In fact, San Francisco has given up nine touchdowns to receivers in the last four weeks, ranking 24th against fantasy WR for the season. Considering Moore's strength is grabbing touchdowns, he is in play as a streaming option this week.
