6 years agoWashington Redskins tight end Vernon Davis caught two passes for just 16 yards in Sunday's win over the Jaguars. In the absence of Jordan Reed, it was Jeremy Sprinkle, not Davis, who capitalized with a trip to the end zone. The total lack of consistency from Washington's beleaguered passing game has rendered each of its weapons a no-go in fantasy formats for most of the season, and that remains true for the home stretch. Davis' next opponent is a Titans team that hasn't allowed a tight end to cross the goal line all season. There is no reason to expect the Redskins to break that trend.--Chris O'Reilly
