6 years agoNew York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist will guard the crease in this year's third Battle of New York on Thursday. It will be his second start of the season against the Isles following a miserable outing on Nov. 15 in which Lundqvist allowed five goals and finished with only 12 saves in a 7-5 loss. The experienced Swede has also looked poor in recent outings, giving up 11 goals in his last two starts. The Islanders are red-hot with a run of nine wins in 11 games, so Lundqvist is in serious danger of suffering another loss.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
