6 years agoCarolina Hurricanes right wing Nino Niederreiter logged two goals with two hits and two minor penalties in Sunday's 7-4 road win against the Edmonton Oilers. The markers were his first two since being acquired from the Minnesota Wild. Center Lucas Wallmark also added two goals with an assist and a plus-1 rating, while left wing Sebastian Aho racked up three assists with a plus-2 rating. Left wings Jordan Martinook and Brock McGinn also etched their names onto the scoresheet, while right wing Andrei Svechnikov was also good for a goal and three points with a team-high five hits. Defenseman Jaccob Slavin also chipped in with three helpers in the road rout.--Daniel Dobish
