6 years agoMinnesota Wild defenseman Jared Spurgeon lit the lamp for a pair of goals with a plus-3 rating on three shots on goal and he added a hit in Tuesday's 5-4 shootout loss against the Buffalo Sabres. Fellow rearguard Ryan Suter chipped in with two assists and a plus-3 rating while blocking a shot and delivering a hit, while defenseman Greg Pateryn picked up an assist in his 18:49 of ice time. It wasn't enough to keep goaltender Devan Dubnyk from suffering the loss, as he allowed four goals on 39 shots.--Daniel Dobish
