6 years agoColorado Avalanche center Carl Soderberg rolled up a goal, two assists and a plus-1 rating in Saturday's 4-3 overtime road loss against the New York Islanders. He also added two blocked shots and a minor penalty. Soderberg has managed four multi-point games over his past 12 contests, and he has managed eight goals and 12 points in the past 15 outings dating back to New Year's Eve. Defenseman Erik Johnson also got into the multi-point act, posting a goal, an assist and a plus-1 rating with two blocked shots and three hits. The road odyssey continues for the Avalanche on Sunday afternoon in Boston.--Daniel Dobish
