6 years agoOttawa Senators center Matt Duchene expects to play in Thursday's game against the New Jersey Devils, although there were reports out of Canada earlier in the week that the Sens plan to sit him to avoid risky injury leading up to the NHL's trade deadline on Monday at 3:00 p.m. ET. He is set to become and unrestricted free agent on July 1, and it's likely the Senators try to move him. Fantasy owners in leagues permitting daily moves and those involved in DFS play will want to avoid Duchene until he either lands with another organization and/or the trade deadline passes and his situation is less murky.--Daniel Dobish
