6 years agoNew York Rangers goaltender Alexandar Georgiev is confirmed for Saturday's afternoon start against the New Jersey Devils at home. Georgiev has posted a 9-10-0 record, 3.21 goals-against average and .904 save percentage in 18 starts and 21 appearances overall. This will be his first start of the season against the Devils. His home and away splits have been stark. In 11 starts and 13 appearances on the road, he is 4-8-0 with a 4.10 GAA and .884 save percentage, while going 5-2-0 with a 1.78 GAA and .941 save percentage in seven starts and eight appearances at MSG.--Daniel Dobish
