Delino DeShields Dealing With Minor Knee Injury
6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Delino DeShields (knee) missed his second consecutive day of Cactus League spring action due to a sore knee. The team is being cautious with the speed merchant. "His biggest value and his biggest asset are his legs," manager Chris Woodward said. "He's one of the most impactful guys when he gets one base." DeShields had gotten off to a decent spring start, as he tries to put a forgettable 2018 campaign in the rear-view mirror. DeShields is worth snapping up in the later rounds in AL-only fantasy play, particularly 5x5 leagues, for his help in the runs scored and stolen base categories.
