6 years agoWinnipeg Jets left wing Nikolaj Ehlers picked up a goal with two assists and a plus-three rating in Friday's 8-1 road victory against the Carolina Hurricanes. Center Andrew Copp also added two goals, while defenseman Ben Chiarot, left wing Kyle Connor and center Kevin Hayes each contributed a goal and an assist each in the laugher. Ehlers lit the lamp for the first time since Feb. 22, and he had his first multi-point game since registering a hat trick on Dec. 20 in San Jose. He had managed just one goal and two points in the past 11 outings before this breakout performance.--Daniel Dobish
