6 years agoSan Jose Sharks right wing Timo Meier registered a pair of goals with a plus-1 rating and a game-high seven shots on net in Saturday's 3-2 shootout victory against the St. Louis Blues. He has registered a goal in four consecutive outings, and he has managed five goals with a plus-3 rating during the span. It was more than enough support for Martin Jones, who allowed just two goals on 19 shots to improve to 4-0-0 with a 2.22 goals-against average and .920 save percentage in four outings in the month of March. Next up for the Sharks is a trip to the Twin Cities to tangle with the Minnesota Wild on Monday.--Daniel Dobish
