Jesse James Agrees To Terms With the Lions
6 years agoFree-agent tight end Jesse James (Steelers) has agreed to terms with the Detroit Lions, a source said Monday. Financial terms and length of the contract have not yet been disclosed. He posted 30 receptions for a career-high 423 yards and 14.1 yards per reception in 2018, and he has scored a total of nine touchdowns over his 56-game, four-year career, all with Pittsburgh. James gives the Lions a much-needed shot in the arm at tight end, as they struggled to replace Eric Ebron last season. It wouldn't be surprising to see James post career highs across the board, but he is still more of a TE2 for fantasy purposes until further notice.
