Carter Hart Sparkles In Keystone-State Rivalry
6 years agoPhiladelphia Flyers goaltender Carter Hart allowed just one goal on 42 shots in Sunday's 2-1 overtime victory against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Hart was about to take a hard-luck loss until James van Riemsdyk netted the game-tying goal with 19 seconds left in regulation to force overtime. Hart was able to keep the score sheet clean in OT while his offensive helped him to a much-deserved win. The rookie improved to 14-9-1 with a 2.76 goals-against average and .918 save percentage in 24 starts.
