6 years agoSan Jose Sharks center Logan Couture recorded a pair of goals with a minus-three rating in Monday's 7-3 home loss against the Vegas Golden Knights. His first goal was the 500th point through just 655 career games. He is the fourth player to reach 500 points for his career from the 2007 NHL Draft class, joining Chicago's Patrick Kane (927), Dallas' Jamie Benn (642) and Philadelphia's Jakub Voracek (634). He'll look to stay hot on Thursday at Los Angeles. He has just one assist with a plus-2 rating and three shots on goal in the first three meetings with the Kings.--Daniel Dobish
