6 years agoJoe Gibbs Racing's Kyle Busch was unable to post his third consecutive MENCS victory, but he was still able to post a decent third-place finish at the STP 500 at Martinsville Speedway. He was able to extend his string of top-5 finishes at the Virginia short track to eight, dating all the way to the fall race in 2015 at Martinsville. Busch just seems to love every turn of the place. He'll look to get back to Victory Lane at Texas next week. In 26 career races at Texas he has celebrated victory three times, posting 12 top-5s while managing a 10.8 Average-Finish Position. As always, Rowdy will be one to watch in the Lone Star State.--Daniel Dobish
