6 years agoNew Jersey Devils goaltender Cory Schneider will be in net against the Buffalo Sabres on Monday night. Schneider has gone 1-4-1 over his past six appearances. The 33-year-old netminder has a dismal 5-12-3 record on the year to go along with a 3.18 goals-against average and .898 save percentage. The Sabres have also been putrid as of late, losing nine of their last 10 games. Schneider beat the Sabres back on February 17, making 34 saves in a 4-1 win. It is a hard game to decipher as both teams have been ineffective in 2019. Schneider is an underwhelming fantasy option almost any time he takes the net, but he can be used in desperation if fantasy managers need a goalie start.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
