6 years agoCincinnati Reds reliever Raisel Iglesias had a rough outing against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Opening Day. He entered the game in the eighth and immediately served up a homer to Corey Dickerson. Iglesias retired the next three batters but walked two in the ninth before getting yanked with two outs to go in the game. If it wasn't for his pitch count reaching 34, he might have been left out there to clean up his mess, but the fact remains the Reds intend to use him in any inning this year for matchup purposes. It's a difficult situation for fantasy as his save total will take a hit in light of this fact, but he can still provide solid ratio numbers as well as at least a strikeout per inning.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
