6 years agoSeattle Mariners second baseman Dee Gordon is back in Saturday's lineup versus the White Sox and is batting ninth. The speedster left Friday's game after feeling tightness in his groin from diving back to first base on a pickoff attempt. Owners shouldn't be worried about this minor issue, especially if we see him attempt a steal over the weekend. Gordon is currently the league leader in stolen bases with five and should finish the season near the top once again despite batting at the bottom of the order. The Mariners have been one of the top hitting teams in baseball this season, and Gordon is acting as a second leadoff hitter in the nine spot while turning the lineup over for the big bats to drive him in.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
