6 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Jay Bruce will sit in Sunday's series finale against the White Sox. This comes off of a two-home run game from Bruce on Saturday, but the 32-year-old is batting just .184 this year with five home runs. Edwin Encarnacion will man first base for the first time this season and bat fourth in Bruce's place. He's hitting .240 with a solo home run serving as his only run batted in. Dan Vogelbach will be the designated hitter for the Mariners against right-hander Ivan Nova. Encarnacion is a great DFS option in the heart of a Seattle team that tops the American League West.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
