6 years agoHouston Astros starter Brad Peacock allowed five runs on seven hits through five innings in the Astros 9-8 comeback win over the A's. Peacock was under siege from the get-go, allowing three runs in his first two innings of work. The right-hander struggled to miss bats as well, striking out only three in the game. Peacock has been a valuable swing man on the Astros pitching staff over the past few seasons and expect the team to have patience with him in the starting rotation moving forward.
