Carlos Rodon Walks Five On Monday
6 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon walked five batters over 4 2/3 innings versus the Tampa Bay Rays on Monday. Rodon also allowed eight hits, four runs and struck out nine. It was Rodon’s worst start of the season, but the strikeouts were nice to see. Rodon will need to limit his walks to be relied on going forward, but he looks healthy and is a solid fourth or fifth option in deeper mixed leagues. Rodon has a tough challenge versus the Yankees in his next start over the weekend.
