6 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Brian Goodwin will start in left field and bat sixth against the Brewers Tuesday night. Goodwin has taken advantage of the injury to teammate Justin Upton and the ineffectiveness of Peter Bourjos to post a .438 batting average over his last six games. Goodwin is a solid rotation outfielder but is taking this opportunity and running with it. Goodwin's playing time certainly will be cut down once Upton returns, but he is carving out a role on the team thanks to a current April slugging percentage of .813. Goodwin is not a long-term option in fantasy but could be used in a pinch over the next few games.--Joey C - RotoBaller
