6 years agoLos Angeles Angels second baseman Tommy La Stella is in the midst of a power surge, hitting three home runs over his last three games. The former Chicago Cub took advantage of his familiarity with Milwaukee Brewers pitching by taking them deep three times in a three-game series. La Stella now has seven runs batted in over his last four games but still is hitting only .189 on the season. La Stella has been a bench player his entire career but currently is getting everyday at-bats in a struggling Angels lineup. Despite the uptick in power, La Stella is not worth a fantasy play right now in mixed leagues.--Joey C - RotoBaller
