6 years agoSeattle Mariners catcher Omar Narvaez clubbed his third home run of the season off of Indians reliever Oliver Perez on Monday night. He went 2-for-3 with a walk in this one and is now batting a respectable .281 on the campaign. Narvaez is playing approximately every four out of five days and is worth a look in single-catcher mixed leagues. The backstop is a career .275 hitter and has a bit of pop, which is a rare combination to find on the catching waiver wire. He'll look to improve his strong season this week with two more games against Cleveland before traveling to Los Angeles to take on the Angels in a four-game set.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
