6 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman went 2-for-3 on Sunday, hitting his fourth home run of the season and scored two runs in a 11-10 loss to the Rangers. Bregman has only nine runs batted in on the season but is slashing .392/.515/.647 in the month of April and .318 on the season heading into the final week of April. This is only the tip of the iceberg for the uber-talented 24-year-old who is beginning to really hit the ball with authority. The Astros open up a series on Monday with the Twins in Houston and Bregman currently is hitting .529 at home this season through 17 at-bats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
