6 years agoKansas City Royals third baseman Hunter Dozier (back) will miss his second straight game on Wednesday against Blake Snell and the Tampa Bay Rays. Dozier suffered the injury on Monday night and has not played since then, although he is still considered day-to-day. In his absence, Chris Owings will start at third base and bat fifth. Owings is carrying a dismal .165 average with two home runs and eight RBI through 79 at-bats in 2019. The 27-year-old is a bottom-tier DFS asset in Wednesday's slate despite his lineup deployment.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
