6 years agoWashington Nationals third baseman Anthony Rendon (elbow) is out of the Nationals lineup Saturday. Rendon missed almost a week with an elbow contusion after being hit with a pitch on April 20th. He was in the lineup Friday night and went 0-3 with another hit-by-pitch but appeared to get through the contest healthy. The Nationals seem to be easing Rendon back into action with a day game off after a night game to make sure the elbow is completely healed. Howie Kendrick will man the hot corner for Washington Saturday vs. Eric Lauer and the Padres.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
