6 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies shortstop Jean Segura (hamstring) was activated from the Injured List on Saturday. He will take up his traditional role in the infield and bat second against Trevor Richards and the Marlins. Segura was off to an excellent start to the season by sporting a .328 average with a .384 on-base percentage before getting hurt. After posting back-to-back 20 steal seasons in Seattle, Segura won't run as much with the analytics-driven Phillies but should still score a ton of runs batting near the top of a stacked Philadelphia lineup.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
